Deposit:

1. A deposit of 25% is required to secure our day and time for booking. The deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels or changes the engagement. If the photographer & or videographer fails to appear at the place and time specified or if there are any uncontrolled instances, the deposit shall be refunded to the client.

Travel:

1. The client shall reimburse the videographer/photographer for any additional costs that the videographer may incur for travel, parking, and other reasonable costs necessary to the performance of services. Travel distances greater than (25 miles) results in a $30 travel fee. Travel distances greater than (50 miles) results in a $50+ travel fee.

Cooperation:

4. The client shall provide TDurrShoots LLC with a written list of any specific commands that are needed for the photography, video filming and editing portions. The client shall assist and/or cooperate with TDurrShoots LLC in obtaining the desired footage and/or photos. Taking time to pose for video or photos at the photographer's direction. TDurrShoots LLC shall not be responsible for footage not taken as a result of the client's failure to provide assistance or cooperation.

Property Rights:

1. TDurrShoots LLC retains the copyright in the final production of the photo & video, and hereby grants the client unlimited rights to use or reproduce the project for which the client pays.

   Payment Terms:

   1. Final payment must be made day of, or within 1 week upon final deliverables. TDurrShoots LLC accepts cash, check, credit, debit, Zelle, or preferred payments methods.
